1. Return window:

• You may request return within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.
• Exchange is accepted only if there is product damage, manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery. The product must be unused.NO EXCHANGE WILL BE BASED ON COLOR VARIATION.
• OPENING VIDEO IS MUST FOR EXCHANGE.

2. Size exchange policy:

• We accept size exchange ONLY if the sizes are available at store.
• Item must be unwashed with tags attached.
• Only one exchange per item is allowed
• Customer is responsible for return shipping. New product being sent will be free of shipping charges
• Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery .Once the product is received, new product will be delivered within 4 – 5 working days

3. Order cancellation after placing an order

• Cancellation may be possible if your order has not been shipped yet.
• If your cancellation request is successful, the amount will be credited back within 4 business days.

4. Return Shipping cost

• After quality checks of the returned product by the store, shipping charges will be refunded.

5. Refund

• There is no refund for any product.
